Order Cancellation

 

Welcome to Feronilva (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us", or "our"). We are dedicated to providing high-quality living room furniture through our online store. Please read our cancellation policy carefully below.

Cancellation Conditions
We understand that circumstances may change. Our cancellation eligibility is defined as follows:

  • Within 48 Hours: Orders may be cancelled directly if the request is made within 48 hours of placing the order, provided the items have not yet been shipped.

  • After 48 Hours or Shipped Orders: If more than 48 hours have passed since the order was placed, or if the order has already been dispatched, we cannot accept a cancellation request. In this scenario, please wait for the logistics delivery to arrive and then contact us to arrange a return and refund. For more specific details, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy.

Cancellation Process
To initiate a cancellation, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer service team via email at assist@feronilva.com or by phone at +1 (510) 501-7911. When submitting your request, please provide your Order Number and Proof of Payment to verify your identity.
  • Our customer service team will process your application immediately upon receipt. Once approved, we will inform you of the result and arrange the refund in the first instance.

Refund Details
Once your cancellation is approved or a return is confirmed:

  • Method: The refund will be credited back to the original Bank Card (Visa, MasterCard) account used for the payment.

  • Processing Time: Depending on the processing efficiency of different bank card institutions, we estimate the refund will arrive in your account within 1-5 business days.

  • Overdue: If you have not received your refund after this period, please contact us immediately for assistance.

Order Modifications
If you need to update your shipping address or contact information, please notify us within the same 48-hour window mentioned in the Cancellation Conditions. We cannot guarantee modifications to the order details once the 48-hour period has passed or if the logistics process has begun.

Cancellations Initiated by Us
We reserve the right to cancel an order under specific circumstances, such as:

  • The item is unexpectedly out of stock.

  • We are unable to verify payment information.

  • There is an error in the pricing or description of the product.
    If we cancel your order, we will notify you immediately via email and process a full refund to your original payment method.

Privacy and Data Security
Any personal information provided during the cancellation process (such as names, contact details, and payment identifiers) will be handled strictly in accordance with privacy standards. We only use this data to process your cancellation and refund request. We do not retain sensitive payment data longer than necessary for the transaction.
