5. Shipping Policy
Delivery Scope: We currently only ship to addresses within Australia. We do not support delivery to any other countries.

Orders under AUD 70.00: Flat rate shipping fee of AUD 7.99.
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.
Transit Time: Delivery typically takes between 5 to 15 business days, depending on the destination.

6. Order Cancellation
Cancellation Conditions:

Orders cancelled within 48 hours of purchase and before shipment can be cancelled directly.

Orders placed more than 48 hours ago or orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled. In such cases, please wait for the logistics carrier to deliver the package, and then contact us to arrange a return for a refund.
Refunds: Refunds will be processed back to the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Arrival Time: Once the refund conditions are met, the refund will be returned to the bank card (Visa, MasterCard) account you used for payment.
