Delivery Scope
We currently offer shipping services exclusively within Australia. At this time, we do not support delivery to countries other than Australia.
Shipping Rates

Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders of AUD 70.00 and above.

Standard Shipping Fee: For orders totaling less than AUD 70.00, a flat shipping fee of AUD 7.99 will apply.
Taxes and Duties
All applicable taxes and related fees are included in the product price displayed on our website. You will not be required to pay any additional tax fees upon checkout or delivery.
Order Cut-off Time
Our order cut-off time is 6:00 PM (18:00) daily.

Processing Logic: Orders placed before 6:00 PM will be processed starting that same day. Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be processed starting the following business day. If an order is placed on a weekend or public holiday, processing will commence on the next available business day.
Handling Time
After your payment is verified, we require 1 to 3 business days to process and prepare your items for shipment.
Transit Time
Once your order has been dispatched from our facility, the estimated transit time for delivery to your address is 5 to 15 business days. Please note that rural or remote areas may require additional time.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order number, payment receipt, and logistics carrier details.

Liability Disclaimer

Product Damage or Loss: If your package is lost during transit, please contact us immediately. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund if the loss is confirmed.

Modifications and Cancellations: If you need to change your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us before the item is dispatched. Once the order has been handed over to the carrier, we cannot modify the destination or cancel the shipment.

Shipping Address Responsibility: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Signing and Inspection
Upon arrival, please inspect the packaging before signing for the delivery.

If the outer packaging appears significantly damaged, please note this on the delivery receipt or refuse the shipment and contact us immediately.

Delayed Delivery
While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times, external factors such as severe weather, natural disasters, or carrier operational delays may occur. If your shipment is significantly delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us, and we will assist you in locating your package.
Uncollected Parcels
If your order is delivered to a collection point (e.g., an Australia Post office) and is not collected within the designated timeframe, it may be returned to us. In such cases, we will contact you to arrange for a new delivery, for which additional shipping fees may apply.
